WHAT IS IT? COSRX Propolis Synergy Toner nourishes dry skin with 72.6% of black bee propolis extract and 10% honey extract. This toner leaves your skin plump and supple. Propolis extract offers a soothing sensation, leaving the skin dewy and the honey reduces signs of aging and enhances the skin's natural glow. This is a "thick water"-type toner with both hydrating and emollient properties.
HOW TO USE:Use after cleansing. Soak a cotton pad with product, then proceed to gently swipe across your face. For additional layers, add a couple drops to the palm of your hand and pat onto skin. Avoid areas around the lip and eyes.
