Pie: Ginger Vanilla Bean & Cranberry Swirl

Our 9" ice cream pies serve 6 - 8. This pie is filled with ginger vanilla bean ice cream (a Moo Shu favourite back in the day) with a swirl of cranberry jam. It's decorated with edible cornflowers and candied ginger. The crust is an addictive salty-sweet pretzel crumble.
