Jade is significant in Chinese culture as it represents balance in Confucian values. Jade carries extra significance during Mid-Autumn Festival for the Jade Rabbit that lives on the moon! To create the jade-like green & white marbling, we fold together jasmine green tea ice cream and salted cream cheese ice cream. The flavour combo is remiscent of bubble tea topped with salted cheese foam, popular at trendy bubble tea shops these days. We first made this flavour in March 2018, and we are so excited to bring it back!
