vegan sweet lemon ice cream
CC Lemon is a popular Japanese soda made by Suntory (more known in North America for their whiskey), and one of various “healthy” Vitamin C sodas that are common in Asia. It's also sold as a candy! The soda has a distinct sweet lemon candy flavour that's not too tart. To recreate this flavour, we add some pineapple to fresh lemon to bring out a sweet citrus flavour.
