Pint: *Vegan Tohato Caramel Corn

Sold in a bright red bag, Tohato Caramel Corn are Japanese corn puffs tossed in a caramel coating (like caramel popcorn) and with roasted peanuts. We blend toasted cornmeal into vegan ice cream to get the distinct roasty nutty flavour. We make toasted sesame caramel as a nod to the caramel coating and peanut part of the original snack. We don't use peanuts for this!
