Durian ice cream is something many Moo Shu fans have been requesting for ages! It's finally here! We made a super rich durian frozen custard and sandwiched it between homemade brown sugar blondies. The creaminess of pungent durian fruit is highlighted with an eggy custard-style ice cream. The brown sugar brings additional warmth and depth to the experience. If you've never had durian, be warned that it is a very divisive love-or-hate flavour!
