Pint: *Vegan Blue Planet

One of Moo Shu greatest hits, Blue Planet is a vegan ice cream that first debuted in April 2017 for Earth Day. We steep butterfly pea flowers in our homemade oat milk to get that all natural blue hue. We then flavour it with vanilla and marble it with matcha ice cream at a 2:1 ratio. When it's scooped, it looks like a little planet Earth! In past years we have made this with matcha cake but we've decided to do away with the cake so that our gluten intolerant friends can enjoy it too!
