Strawberry Pocky is an iconic Japanese snack: cookie sticks dipped in strawberry cream coating. We recreate this combo with shards of strawberry flavoured white chocolate folded in cookie butter ice cream. Pocky comes in a huge variety of flavours. Strawberry is one of the originals, and debuted in the late 70s.
