We make our own butterfinger-style crispy caramel crunch with pumpkin seed butter, chop it up, and fold it in a vegan oat and coconut ice cream. We dip the ice cream in dark chocolate and toasted pumpkin seeds. It's addictively sweet and nutty with a hint of sea salt!
