Yeasted Ice Cream with Cinnamon & Honey Meringues
One of Moo Shu's greatest hits, this ice cream made its debut in February 2018 and reappears every year around Valentine's Day! We make a bread yeast ice cream and add layers of dusted cinnamon. We make honey meringues with local honey from our friends at Blue Shoes Apiary and fold them in too! The result is an ice cream that tastes just like a frozen cinnamon bun (without actual bread or gluten) drizzled with local honey!
