Soft, fluffy, and not too sweet, Japanese-style "cotton" cheesecake is baked soufflé style in a bain marie. Each cake is 6" wide and about 2.5" tall. We use organic stone ground corn flour so the cake does not contain gluten.
Ingredients: Cream cheese (milk, bacterial culture, salt, guar gum, locust bean gum), eggs, sugar, organic corn flour, whole milk, butter, fresh lemon juice, pure vanilla extract, cream of tartar, salt, coconut oil.
May contain traces of gluten, soy, sesame, and nuts.
