Pie: Plum Caramel Cheesecake

Our 9" ice cream pies serve 6 - 8. This pie is filled with cream cheese ice cream with a swirl of plum caramel that's spiced with cardamom and connamon. The crust is a gluten-free vanilla oat crumble crust.
