Pie: *Vegan Sweet Potato Pie & Toasted Marshmallow

Our 9" ice cream pies serve 6 - 8. This pie is filled with vegan sweet potato ice cream with toasted vegan marshmallow topping. The crust is a gluten-free vanilla oat crumble.
