toasted marshmallow & maple sugar ice cream with chocolate chips
Everyone likes a good pun, especially ones that will make you cringe-laugh! That was the idea for our original Friend-chip Goals ice cream: a toasted marshmallow ice cream spun like stracciatella for a chocolate chip effect.
When we heard that President Biden's favourite ice cream is Chocolate Chip we wanted to make something in the same realm but with a little Moo Shu pizzazz. In honour of his visit to Ottawa we swapped out cane sugar for maple sugar to make this special edition of Friend-chip Goals!
