Pint: Grandma's House

Chinese grandmas are not known for baking cookies, so for me it's the aroma of pu-erh tea and mandarin oranges that remind me of her. Every year aroud Mid-Autumn Festival, we make an ice cream called Grandma's House made with earthy pu-erh tea and mandarin orange peels. For those unfamiliar, consider it as natural a combo as black tea and bergamot peel in earl grey tea! We hope this ice cream brings a nostalgic familial feeling to those who can't spend time with family at this time of year.
