Poires Belle-Hélène is a French dessert that is essentially a poached pear served with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup. Our version is Williams pear and vanilla bean ice cream accented with a hint of cardamom, then layered with a chocolate fudge sauce swirl. Made with vanilla beans sourced from Laie Vanilla Company in Hawaii.
