*Pork Dumplings: Garlic Confit & Wood Ear Mushroom

Thirty frozen dumplings made by our crew. These are the original dumplings we first served at Moo Shu! We use pork from pigs raised on a local regenerative farm (Arc Acres). This dumpling pairs homemade garlic confit, wood ear mushroom, and cabbage with the naturally sweet flavour of pasture-raised pork.
