*Pork Dumplings: Grandma's Recipe
Thirty frozen dumplings made by our crew. These are the original dumplings we first served at Moo Shu! We use pork from pigs raised on a local regenerative farm (Arc Acres). The recipe is Liz's grandma's, incorporating miso for savouriness and pickled plums to highlight the naturally sweet flavour of pasture-raised pork.
