Our flagship loaf - a blend of whole-wheat flours, including local Red Fife, plus whole spelt and whole rye is leavened with our wheat and rye sourdough starters, shaped into a large round loaf and given a full bake to draw out all the flavours of the crust. A stunning loaf, the flavours of which mature over a few days.
