Kombucha is a refreshing fermented drink made with tea, sugar, and SCOBY (symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast). Some drink it for taste, some drink it for gut health. One of Ottawa's best kombucha makers is Wentsi Yeung, founder of Culture Kombucha. 

Having closed her business recently after 8 amazing years,Wentsi is excited to be back flexing her expertise in fermentation and kombucha brewing. In this workshop, she’ll demonstrate each step from brewing to bottling, offering tips and tricks, and sharing in-depth knowledge along the way. Each attendee will go home with their very own starter and scoby to start their first home batch!
