Vegan Coffee with Dark Chocolate Covered Sponge Toffee
Dalgona is Korean for sponge toffee and is the inspiration for the quarantine it-beverage, dalgona coffee. In our take of this treat, we dip homemade sponge toffee in dark chocolate and fold it into a creamy vegan coffee ice cream! We use a fruity medium roast coffee from our friends at Bluebarn Coffee Roastery in Wakefield.
made with sunflower seed, oat, coconut milk, and miso (soy).
