Our Team

Each ice cream flavour at Moo Shu is thoughtfully dreamed up and made in small batches. We love to collaborate with Ottawa's talented farmers, brewers, jam makers and roasters, to name a few, offering flavours that are memorable in their novelty, nostalgia, and ability to highlight our local ecology.

We also work hard to treat our customers with enthusiasm and care that you won't find anywhere else. We put our hearts into creating one-of-kind small-batch ice cream and we are equally committed to creating the most supportive and inclusive work environment in the industry. Our Mooshie family is just that, family! We are certified as Living Wage employers by the Ontario Living Wage Network, and are always working to enhance the happiness, fulfillment, and health of our Mooshies. That includes providing paid sick leave, leadership training, social gatherings, benefits for full-time staff and of course, all the ice cream!

At Moo Shu Ice Cream, we believe in investing in our people. For all our roles, specific experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Show us that your values are aligned with our culture, meaning that you:

  • are an optimist and a team player
  • have self-discipline and strong work ethic
  • are a proactive and quick learner who is adaptable to change
  • value kindness to people and the environment
  • have passions in life, particularly in food
