Each ice cream flavour at Moo Shu is thoughtfully dreamed up and made in small batches. We love to collaborate with Ottawa's talented farmers, brewers, jam makers and roasters, to name a few, offering flavours that are memorable in their novelty, nostalgia, and ability to highlight our local ecology.

We also work hard to treat our customers with enthusiasm and care that you won't find anywhere else.
