Like their matcha, SAKAO Tea's hojicha powder is meticulously grown and finely stone-milled. Both can be used in the same ways (eg. lattes, desserts). The difference is that hojicha is roasted green tea, which has a toasty cocoa-like flavour instead of a grassy one.
