This ice cream is what we call a legacy flavour! We've been making Heirloom Carrot Cake ice cream every Easter since 2017! Made with local carrots from Roots Down Organic Farm, the ice cream tastes like carrot cake and cream cheese icing all in one bite. Cream cheese ice cream base, seasoned with cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, we add shredded carrots gently cooked in milk & sugar to create a cake crumb texture without any actual cake or gluten!
